This Hacienda has a unique concept, it is a magic place. It is not made for mainstream tourism but guests willing to appreciate nature and commune with nature. The purpose can be summarized as pursuing introspection. Beds and facilities are gorgeous, all comfy.
I have mothing but compliments about this place, is by far the best destination i have ever stayed in many years ( and God knows I have been to plenty of fancy hotels ) this place is just magical, not only because of its architecture nature and privacy but also because of every person part of the team makes you feel immediately at home, raw , and makes you believe in the true good of humans , I hope i am able to express correctly all the good this place and its people do to me everytime I visit, I always hesitate to do a review to bring attention to it because I really wish it keeps going just the way it is . May the people who visit always do it with respect good intentions and humanity because Shambalante truly opens your eyes and heart. It did it for me . Please take care of it like is one of your loved ones .

One of the best Haciendas in Yucatan. Rooms are clean, food is good and healthy and the nature is amazing.
Pasé el fin de semana en este hotel y fue una experiencia maravillosa. Es el lugar perfecto para desconectarte del estrés y reconectar con la naturaleza . Despertar con el canto de las aves, rodeada de árboles y aire puro, fue simplemente mágico. Las albercas están preciosas, ideales para relajarte por completo. La comida es deliciosa y orgánica, se nota la calidad en cada platillo. Pero lo que más me encantó fue el personal: todos son increíblemente amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte con una sonrisa. Te hacen sentir como en casa desde el primer momento, con detalles y trato tan cálido que realmente te sientes cuidada y bienvenida. Además, mi esposo y yo tomamos un masaje maya y fue una experiencia que no esperábamos que fuera tan curativa y especial. Salimos renovados, relajados y muy agradecidos. Todo el ambiente del hotel es súper relajado, tranquilo y armonioso, perfecto para descansar mente y cuerpo. Definitivamente es un lugar al que quiero volver Gracias por todo Volveremos pronto
A refuge nested in the Yucatan jungle; the hotel is modern and well designed to blend and to let you touch the mysteries of its long history. The food is probably the best we had in Yucatan and the staff is attentive and extremely nice. My only regret is not to have stayed longer
